Manufacturing leaders' programme

The course summarised on these pages was developed by Alison Cooke from one that she was originally involved with delivering as part of Cambridge University's Manufacturing Leaders' Programme.

This three-day course develops practical leadership skills. It has a broad application and can be tailored to the needs of your organisation. Participants will look at leadership theory, team roles, conflict management, self management, communication skills, career review and planning.

The course offers:

  • A number of models for managing and leading companies
  • An opportunity to develop personal development plans for subsequent management development
  • The chance to explore different leadership practices described by leading professionals in this field
