Change Management, Making Change Happen

This is a one-day course providing the theoretical and practical training to intervene in a situation and to affect change. The course uses role play, discussion and presentations to enable participants to identify areas of need, to plan change and to manage the implementation of their plan. Towards the end of the day, participants will present an action plan for an element of change in their workplace.

  • The principles of change management
  • Models of change
  • Leadership
  • Identifying barriers
  • A role play to highlight the importance of team working and negotiation
  • The perspective of the reluctant changer
