Aidan Parkinson

Aidan Parkinson is a PhD candidate studying at the Centre for Sustainable Development at Cambridge University. His research focuses on assessing the social value of commercial property, taking an interdisiplinary approach that incooporates methods commonly used in marketing, management strategy, and building physics. Aidan also has a keen interest in environmental design, energy policy, and microeconomics, which he applies to his research.

Along with his research role, Aidan is Junior Treasurer of the GreenBRIDGE society at the University of Cambridge, which holds open lunchtime seminars during term time and key summer events. He has collaborated closely with LessEn, a special interest group of the Urban Land Insitute, and was a key contributor to the Energy Efficiency in the Built Environment research programme.
